Huai’an is hometown to China’s First Premier Zhou Enlai and is located in the hub of Jiangsu Province, the second largest province of China in economy. Huai’an is the juncture of Yangtze River Delta Area and Rim-Bohai Sea Circle. Established in 1992, with a permanent population of 300,000 and an administrative area of 166 square kilometers, Huai’an Economic and Technological Development Zone is the core area of the unique National Service Demonstration Zone for Taiwan Enterprises Industrial Transfer and Cluster in the mainland of China.
